Anyone Got a Solar-Powered Computer?
Just received in my inbox from CSULB:
As you are aware, we have experienced a campus-wide power failure. At this time, we do not know the cause, but we are addressing the problem with Edison's assistance.
Please turn off your computer and other important equipment until power is fully restored.
If necessary, future updates on this power failure will be made available through the campus voice mail system.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

How did the whole school lose power? Don't they have backups?

How do you get your messages if the power is off? Can the voice mail still work if the campus power is down? They might as well say the campus is closed, check the bulletin boards inside the campus for updates...
