An Official Patrick Chiu Statement of Appreciation

I would like to take this opportunity to officially thank my wife, Kimberly, for "convincing" me to get the Treo. This phone has consolidated and replaced several of my gadgets. It gives me basic web browsing and email, a PDA (I <3 PalmOS 4 evar), digital camera, digital camcorder, and of course, a phone.

Granted, the resolution of the camera and video are low, but what is most important is that the Treo has allowed me to simply and conveniently "capture" the moment...especially those with Maddie.

Vegas, Baby!

Today we are attempting our first Vegas trip with Maddie. I will try to "moblog" our trip on the Chronicles of Madison blog.

Scruffy

Last night, at 10pm, our dog Scruffy left us and went up to heaven. Scruffy has lived with us for almost 5 years. Despite a bad spinal disk, and having what appears to be the canine equivalent of tourettes, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, Scruffy was definately a one-of-a-kind dog.

We will miss him.
